Derek has worked in this business since 1966

taking over the family firm in 1978.

Originally involved in sales & service he now

concentrates on sales and looking for new and

exciting audio visual products to sell.

His knowledge of products new and old,

His clear and friendly advice and excellent staff

as well as the H G Rapkin name are what keeps

our customers coming back to us time & time again.

Dean started working at H G Rapkin at the age of 14 as a Saturday lad and 14 years later he is now the manager. Dean regularly attends manufacturers training courses to keep up with model availability & technical specifications. His knowledge of audio visual products is excellent and if you need to know about the new HD TV then Dean is your man. Or if you are looking for that custom set up then Dean has the expertise to help you plan & implement it.

He is a Pioneer Ambassador as well as part of the Bose Drive team.

Trevor is our newest team member having

worked in retail for 15 years.

He is a keen Musician he plays rhythm / lead guitar and vocals too in a band.

Trevor is just learning the ropes of Television and Hifi products but likes a challenge and he is doing very well.

George would be the man to ask about 2ch audio,  Home Theatre & Speaker Choice advice.

A keen hifi enthusiast him self he’s always on top of what’s hot & what’s not.

Room layouts and system setup are just one of his specialities .

Ben is our Saturday assistant he has been with

H G Rapkins for just over two years now and is still learning about all the new products that are emerging in the fast developing world of audio , visual technology.

Ben is also a brave volunteer part time

Fire fighter and we are proud to have him

on our staff.
